Maggie Riley is the Deputy Director of the Headwaters Foundation and a proud Rappahannock County native. She is the mother of four wonderful children, three of which graduated from Rappahannock County High School, while her youngest is currently a senior. She is also a proud stepmom to two children who attend Rappahannock County Elementary School. Her family continues to grow, as she is a grandmother to two grandchildren and another on the way!
After earning her Associates degree of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education, Maggie developed a passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development. As someone who was raised in Rappahannock and has deep roots in the community, she understands the importance of investing in local children and families and is excited to bring that passion to her work with Headwaters.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, kayaking, and the sunshine. She is also a proud dog mom to Scrappy, who is very much a beloved part of the family. She feels honored to serve her community and looks forward to helping support the students, teachers, and families of Rappahannock County.
