Caitlin Manaois is the part-time Outreach and Communications Coordinator with the Headwaters Foundation. A graduate of Duquesne University, she has spent her career supporting communications and development work for government agencies, advocacy groups, and nonprofits. Born and raised in Northern Virginia, she moved to Rappahannock with her husband and four children in 2020. Caitlin is passionate about helping young people build strong character and supporting special-needs kids and their families. She believes Rappahannock’s close-knit community is a wonderful place to help every student thrive.
