This Valentine’s Day, be a Valentine for the RCHS Class of 2026.
We’re asking the community to raise $50,000 by February 14th! A generous donor will add a $25,000 match – together that creates $75,000 in new scholarship funding. Combined with Headwaters’ existing scholarship awards, our aim is to reach $175,000 – up from nearly $100,000 last year.

Support RCHS Student Success
In May 2025, Headwaters awarded over $104,000 in scholarships to 17 graduating seniors from RCHS and 19 RCHS alumni.
Career Paths in Action
Our high school recipients are headed to institutions like the University of Virginia, James Madison University, Virginia Tech, and Laurel Ridge Community College, where they will pursue degrees in a wide range of fields including engineering, social work, medical sciences, studio art, and linguistics.
Supporting Trade Pathways
In addition to scholarships, Headwaters’ High School Plus Program provided $2,645 to support students pursuing trade programs through Laurel Ridge Community College, opening doors to future career success.
