In the 2007-08 growing season, Farm-to-Table contributed over 700 pounds of fresh, organically-grown produce to the school cafeterias, the Senior Nutrition Center, and local nonprofit events. (That’s in addition to what was sold to raise funds for the program and consumed by students.)
This year, with the addition of the hoophouse at RCHS, we expect to raise much more.
