2018 Summer Chorus – June 18-29

12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The 2018 Summer Chorus will be held from June 18-29 at Rappahannock County Elementary School, and is open to ALL students in grades five to twelve living in Rappahannock County, regardless of school affiliation. Whether you go to Rappahannock County public schools, private school, or are homeschooled…you are invited to join other youth in Rappahannock County who like to sing.

This year, with sufficient enrollment, we plan to offer two separate choruses – one those students entering grades five through seven and one for those students entering grades eight through twelve. In addition to choral singing, Summer Chorus offers opportunities in building musical skills through instruments and in voice building.

And we have a great time doing it…

If you are interested in joining the Summer Chorus this year, please complete our online application here. If you would prefer to send a form back instead, you can pick up a brochure at the Rappahannock County Public Library or ask for one by calling (540) 987-3322.

Hope to see you this summer!

The 2018 Taste of Rappahannock will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at the Barn at The Inn at Mount Vernon in Sperryville. Once again, food from some of our great local establishments and wine from many of our wonderful local vineyards will be on display at this year’s Taste. We also have many exciting auction items for you to bid on. You can also join in the fun of several raffles for great prizes. It is a night not to be missed!
